Before using Breathe Well, please read and fully understand these Terms. Your use of the app means that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Content
(A) Breathe Well provides breathing guidance, visual guidance, sounds, voice cues, haptics, reminders, Lock Screen related features, Apple Health writing, customization settings, and related Pro features.
(B) Some features may require system permissions, Apple services, network access, iCloud, Apple Health, or a valid Pro purchase.
(C) App features may be adjusted, suspended, or removed due to product updates, technical limits, platform rules, or legal requirements.
2. Use Rules
(A) You may use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted.
(B) You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, transfer, bypass payment restrictions, or interfere with the normal operation of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits.
(C) You are responsible for the content you enter, including custom mode names and support messages, and must not infringe others' rights or violate laws.
3. Health Notice
(A) Breathe Well is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or emergency services.
(B) Breathing exercises may not be suitable for every person. If you feel dizzy, chest tightness, pain, obvious discomfort, or increased anxiety, stop using the app and seek professional help if necessary.
(C) If you have respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, psychological, pregnancy-related, or other health concerns, consult a qualified professional before use.
4. Paid Services
(A) Breathe Well may provide paid Pro services. The specific features, plans, prices, periods, trial eligibility, and availability are subject to the in-app purchase page and Apple's purchase confirmation page.
(B) Pro may be provided through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. Payment, taxes, refunds, cancellation, renewal, and subscription management are subject to Apple's rules.

5. Intellectual Property
(A) The app name, logo, interface, visual design, text, audio, code, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws.
(B) Your use of the app does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
(C) Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the app without additional payment to you.
6. Apple Services
(A) The app uses Apple platform services, including App Store, StoreKit, Apple Health, iCloud, notifications, and Live Activities.
(B) Your use of these services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and settings.
(C) Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting this app, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own rules.
7. Disclaimer
(A) The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or system version.
(B) To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages caused by use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes and Termination
(A) These Terms may be updated when app functions, legal requirements, or platform rules change.
(B) If you violate these Terms, your right to use the app may be suspended or terminated within the scope permitted by law.
(C) You may stop using or delete the app at any time.

(C) 因产品更新、技术限制、平台规则或法律要求，应用功能可能被调整、暂停或移除。
2. 使用规则
(A) 除另有允许外，您仅可为合法、个人、非商业目的使用本应用。
(B) 除适用法律明确允许外，您不得复制、修改、反向工程、出售、出租、转让、规避付费限制，或干扰本应用正常运行。
(C) 您应对自行输入的内容负责，包括自定义模式名称和支持邮件内容，并确保其不侵犯他人权利或违反法律规定。
3. 健康提示
(A) 好呼吸是一般健康辅助工具，不属于医疗器械，不提供医疗诊断、治疗、预防或紧急服务。
(B) 呼吸练习并不适合所有人。如您感到头晕、胸闷、疼痛、明显不适或焦虑加重，请停止使用，并在必要时寻求专业帮助。
(C) 如您存在呼吸、心血管、神经、心理健康、怀孕或其他健康问题，请在使用前咨询合格专业人士。
4. 付费服务
(A) 好呼吸可能提供 Pro 付费服务。具体功能、方案、价格、周期、试用资格及可用性，以应用内购买页面及 Apple 购买确认页面为准。
(B) Pro 可通过自动续费订阅或一次性购买提供。购买由 Apple 处理，付款、税费、退款、取消、续订和订阅管理，适用 Apple 的相关规则。
(C) 如您使用自动续费订阅，请同时阅读《付款及自动续费说明》。
5. 知识产权
(A) 本应用名称、图标、界面、视觉设计、文本、音频、代码及相关内容，受知识产权法律保护。
(B) 您使用本应用，并不代表任何所有权或知识产权转移给您。
(C) 您提供的反馈或建议，可被用于改进本应用，无需向您另行支付费用。
6. Apple 服务
(A) 本应用使用 Apple 平台服务，包括 App Store、StoreKit、Apple 健康、iCloud、通知及实时活动。
(B) 您使用上述服务时，还应遵守 Apple 适用的条款和设置。
(C) 除适用法律或 Apple 自身规则另有要求外，Apple 不负责本应用的维护或支持。
7. 免责声明
(A) 本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供，不保证应用不会中断、没有错误，或兼容所有设备和系统版本。
(B) 在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用导致的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，不承担责任。
8. 变更与终止
(A) 本条款可能因应用功能、法律要求或平台规则变化而更新。
(B) 如您违反本条款，可能在法律允许范围内暂停或终止您使用本应用的权利。
