Payment and Auto-Renewal Instructions

Effective date: June 1, 2026

These Instructions apply to Breathe Well Pro in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. Paid Service

(A) Breathe Well may offer Pro through monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, and may also offer a one-time lifetime purchase.

(B) The actual plans, prices, trial eligibility, billing periods, and included features are subject to the in-app purchase page and Apple's purchase confirmation page.

(C) All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

2. Free Trial

If a free trial is shown for a subscription plan and you are eligible, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will renew and Apple will charge the selected plan after the trial period.

3. Auto-Renewal

After you confirm purchase of an auto-renewable subscription, Apple will charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, unless auto-renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the expiration time.

If payment fails due to an expired, unavailable, or insufficient payment method, the subscription may not renew successfully.

4. Cancellation

To cancel auto-renewal, please do so at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires.

Cancellation path: open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, enter Subscriptions, select Breathe Well, and cancel the subscription.

You may also manage subscriptions through App Store account settings. The exact path may differ depending on iOS version and region.

5. One-Time Purchase

If a one-time lifetime purchase is available and you purchase it, it is not an auto-renewable subscription and does not renew automatically.

6. Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund results are subject to Apple's rules and review.

付款及自动续费说明

本说明适用于好呼吸 Pro 的应用内购买,包括自动续费订阅和一次性购买。

1. 付费服务

(A) 好呼吸可能通过月度或年度自动续费订阅提供 Pro,也可能提供一次性购买的永久版本。

(B) 实际可选方案、价格、试用资格、计费周期及包含功能,以应用内购买页面及 Apple 购买确认页面为准。

(C) 所有购买均由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。

2. 免费试用

如某个订阅方案显示可免费试用,且您符合试用资格,则试用期内不会收费。除非您在试用期结束前取消,否则试用结束后订阅将续订,并由 Apple 按所选方案收费。

3. 自动续费

您确认购买自动续费订阅后,除非您至少在当前订阅期到期前 24 小时取消自动续费,Apple 将在当前订阅期到期前 24 小时内,从您的 Apple ID 绑定付款方式中扣取下一周期费用。

如付款方式过期、不可用、余额不足或其他原因导致扣款失败,则订阅可能无法成功续费。

4. 取消方式

如需取消自动续费,请至少在当前订阅期到期前 24 小时操作取消。

取消路径:打开 iPhone“设置”,点击您的 Apple ID,进入“订阅”,选择“好呼吸”,取消订阅。

您也可以通过 App Store 账户设置管理订阅。具体路径可能因 iOS 版本和地区而有所不同。

5. 一次性购买

如应用内提供一次性购买的永久版本,且您选择购买,该购买不属于自动续费订阅,不会自动续订。

6. 退款

付款由 Apple 处理。退款申请及退款结果,适用 Apple 的相关规则和审核结果。
