This Policy applies to Breathe Well, including the iOS app, Lock Screen activities, widgets, and related support services.
By using the app, you understand and agree to the information handling described below.
1. Scope
(A) This Policy applies to information generated when you use breathing sessions, reminders, customization settings, Apple Health writing, iCloud sync, in-app purchases, and support contact.
(B) This Policy does not apply to services independently provided by Apple or other third parties. Their own rules apply when you use those services.
2. Information Collection
(A) The app may store your breathing mode, session length, cycle count, preparation time, custom breathing rhythm, custom breathing scene, reminder time, language, theme, visual style, sound, voice cue, haptic preference, favorite mode, hidden mode, display preference, and purchase status on your device.
(B) If you authorize Apple Health, the app writes completed breathing sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. The app does not read your Apple Health data.
(C) If you enable reminders, the app saves reminder times and schedules local notifications on your device.
(D) If you purchase, start a free trial, restore, or manage an in-app purchase, purchase status is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The app does not receive your bank card number or complete payment information.
(E) If you use iCloud sync, settings and related preferences may be synced between your devices through Apple's iCloud key-value storage.
(F) If you contact support by email, the email address and content you provide will be used to handle the request.
3. Information Use
(A) The above information is used to provide breathing guidance, save preferences, schedule reminders, restore purchases, sync settings, write mindful minutes with authorization, and respond to support requests.
(B) The app does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
(C) The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
4. Information Disclosure
The app may disclose or process relevant information in the following situations:
(A) With your prior consent;
(B) When necessary to provide Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Apple Health, notifications, and Live Activities;
(C) When required by applicable laws, regulations, administrative authorities, or judicial authorities;
(D) When necessary to protect user safety, app security, or legal rights.
5. Information Storage
(A) Local settings are stored on your device until you change them, reset device data, or delete the app.
(B) iCloud sync data is stored and managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings.
(C) Apple Health records are stored in Apple Health and can be managed in the Health app.
(D) Support emails are retained only as needed to process requests and keep necessary records.
6. Information Security
The app uses platform security measures such as system permissions, iOS sandboxing, and Apple services to protect information. Please understand that no network transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Choices
(A) You may manage Apple Health permissions in system settings or delete related records in the Health app.
(B) You may disable reminders in the app or disable notification permission in system settings.
(C) You may manage iCloud sync through Apple ID or iCloud settings.
(D) You may manage subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and purchase history through Apple ID or App Store settings.
(E) You may delete the app to remove local app data from your device.
8. Children
The app does not provide services specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact support.
9. Changes
This Policy may be updated when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

(B) 如您授权 Apple 健康，本应用会将完成的呼吸练习写入 Apple 健康的“正念分钟”。本应用不会读取您的 Apple 健康数据。
(C) 如您开启提醒，本应用会保存提醒时间，并在您的设备上安排本地通知。
(D) 如您购买、开始免费试用、恢复购买或管理应用内购买项目，购买状态由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。本应用不会获得您的银行卡号或完整付款信息。
(E) 如您使用 iCloud 同步，设置及相关偏好可能通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储在您的设备之间同步。
(F) 如您通过邮件联系支持，您提供的邮箱地址及邮件内容将用于处理该请求。
3. 信息使用
(A) 上述信息用于提供呼吸引导、保存偏好、安排提醒、恢复购买、同步设置、在授权后写入正念分钟，以及回复支持请求。
(B) 本应用不会出售、出租或交易您的个人信息。
(C) 本应用不使用第三方广告 SDK 或第三方分析 SDK。

(C) 您可以通过 Apple ID 或 iCloud 设置管理 iCloud 同步。
(D) 您可以通过 Apple ID 或 App Store 设置管理订阅、取消续订或申请退款。
(E) 您可以删除本应用，以移除设备上的本地应用数据。
8. 儿童
本应用不面向儿童提供专门服务，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如您认为儿童向本应用提供了个人信息，请联系支持邮箱。
